The topic at Sunday Postcard Art is Glamour.  This is my take on the subject.  The background is acrylic paints stamped in gesso, the stamp on the base is from Dylusions painted with Dylusion inks and the image is Itkupilli.

The challenge this week over at Tag Along is #29 Gypsy.  I've  chosen to theme my tag on the great burlesque star Gypsy Rose Lee. 

Drama Queen

This tag is an entry for the Tag Along challenge No 28 Kings and / or Queens.

The face is from Catslife Stamps "Princess Head"  and Drama Queen stamp is also Catslife Press.  The rest is paint, a bit of collage and load more paint!

My Favourite Pet

The challenge at Sunday Postcard Art is "My Favorite Pet".  I could not chose one favorite so have chosen to use both my hairy babies, Paddy a Jack Russel / Border Collie cross and Minnie a Patterdale Terrier.  I cut a 6 x 4 piece of canvas which then  had paint, ink, stamps, screen, rub ons and anything I could lay my hand on thrown at it! My painting of the dogs is far from expert but I think it catches their playfulness.
