The challenge at That's Crafty is All About Face. I used the "Windows to the soul" stamp by Donna Downey for the face and masked it. I then used DecoArt Media Misters, in layers with stencils, before the last layers I makes 6 circles with punched card and painted over the stenciling with a mix of paints and DecoArt Neon paints so the stenciling could show through. I wanted to keep the face fairly plain to balance the busy background and coloured with water colour pencil and neon pink lips.
